Dieser Wein in Demeter Qualität ist mein Highlight, die Mineralität kommt nicht zu kurz, wobei die floralen Anteile nicht den Gesamteindruck verdecken. Nuancen von Stachelbeeren, saftig am Gaumen und weich im Abgang, geben dem Wein die nötige Struktur. Einen der besten Tropfen zu diesem Preis, die ich je getrunken habe. Immer wieder ein Hochgenuss!

Schmeckt super lecker, leicht mineralisch mit floralen Abgang und noch ein super Preisleistung dazu!
