Erinnerte uns an unsere Sommer in der Provence, eine schöne Klarheit, angenehm weich, wenig Säure.

Sehr "unspanisch", wenn man diesen Pinot Noir Rosat mit den gängigen spanischen Rosées vergleichen will. Aber in Sachen Originalität (kein Tempranillo!) und Qualität seit Jahren gleichbleibend Spitze!

Über Jahre gleichbleibende bis verbesserte Qualität zu einem fairen Preis. Eine schöne Alternative zu den großartigen mallorquinischen Rosats.
Frischer trotzdem nicht zu trockener Rose

An die Farbe muss man sich erst gewöhnen: ein leuchtendes Pink. Aber der Wein ist stoffig und trotzdem leicht. Ideal zu gegrilltem Fisch, glaube ich, auch wenn ich das wegen der Jahreszeit noch nicht probiert habe.
