Generell bin ich Fan von deutschem Spätburgunder, gerne mit dezentem oder gar keinem Barrique. Gute Bordeaux Weine waren mir bisher meist zu teuer. Dieser stellt eine Ausnahme dar. Sensationelles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nur die Temperatur sollte man im Auge behalten. 16 - 18 Grad würde ich auch empfehlen, darüber verändert er tatsächlich den ausgewogenen Geschmack.

Gute Bordeaux-Weine sind meist sehr teuer - und preisgünstige aus dem Supermarkt schmecken oft grauenhaft. Da ist dieser Wein eine tolle Überraschung: gut trinkbar, abgerundeter Gechmack ... Und noch dazu Bio!!! Gerade Bordeaux-Weine sind oft stark mit Pestiziden belastet - und dieser nicht!!!
Die Beschreibung zu diesem Wein trifft es auf den Punkt.

Dieser Bordeaux kommt auch bei Damen gut an. Er hat eine geringe Gesamtsäure. Den kann man sich täglich leisten, zu Pasta, Käse oder auch "rotem" Fleisch, oder einfach zu einem guten Buch und der Lieblingsmusik!
