Papagayo - White Rum wird in Paraguay produziert. 1993 startete Eduardo Felippo in einer traditionellen und unentwickelten Region ein Organic Wine-Farm-Projekt. Ziel war es, den schlecht bezahlten Rohrzucker-Bauern zu helfen und gleichzeitig die Umwelt zu schonen. Heute produzieren mehr als 800 Familien den Organic Winelogischen Rohrzucker. Zuckerrohr, der von diesen Bauern produziert wird, ist das Rohmaterial für den Papagayo White Rum.
