Mit 8 Gramm Gesamtsäure und 6 Gramm Restzucker präsentiert sich hier wieder ein durch und durch klassischer Riesling auf höchstem Niveau. Die Trauben stammen von den Weinbergreben am Herrenweg rund um das Dorf Turckheim. Sie verleihen dem Riesling eine schöne, offene frucht und Mineralität. Am Gaumen elegant, harmonisch und absolut trocken mit der für 2008 typischen Säure.
