Aus über 50 Jahre alten Rebstöcken keltern die Winzer der Kooperative Pinoso mit fachkundiger Unterstützung von Jean Natoli den überaus dichten, komplexen Cepa 50. Der Wein stammt ausschließlich aus Weinbergen, die nicht bewässert werden. Die wurzeln besonders tief, das hält den Ertrag niedrig, die Weine sind dafür um so extraktreicher und vielschichtiger und lang im Abgang. Feine Nuancen von schwarzer Schokolade, reife, dunkle Kirschen und eine würzige Frische sorgen für ein stimmiges Gesamtbild.
