Das Spannende an den Cuvées des Priorats ist vielleicht die Tatsache, dass hier die klassischen Sorten Garnacha und Cariñena perfekt kombiniert werden mit den neuen Sorten Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah, die im Priorat genauso gut gedeihen, wie die althergebrachten. Dies ergibt eine faszinierende Geschmacksvielfalt aus roten, reifen Früchten gepaart mit feiner Mineralität aus den Schieferböden. Dunkle, komplexe Aromen, trotz der Fülle eine gewisse Leichtigkeit. Perfekt ausbalanciert mit Tiefgang. So schmeckt das neue Priorat!
